      <title>Using Outcome Data to Communicate Impact</title>

&lt;p&gt;This workshop is intended for social or human service agencies that have some familiarity with Outcome Measurement as an evaluation tool.&amp;nbsp; This workshop will focus on how to design data collection tools to measure outcomes and how to analyze and communicate the results of your findings to various stakeholders.&amp;nbsp;This workshop will be geared to senior and program staff as well as Executive Directors and Board members.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Building Stronger Volunteer Staff Relations</title>
